I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the scenery was breathtaking and the hot tub was a nice touch, I faced some significant issues during my stay. The staff were friendly and the facilities offered decent amenities, but the service in the restaurant was quite slow and the spa experience left much to be desired. Overall, there were great moments, but some areas certainly need improvement.
